GROUP CHAIRMAN
Brig. Gen. Dato’ Ir. Mohammed Zakaria b. Mohd Noor
Brig. Gen. Dato’ Ir. Haji Mohammed Zakaria is currently the Group Chairman of Naluri Pintar Sdn Bhd and its subsidiaries. Brig. Gen. Dato’ holds a B. Sc (Hons) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Newcastle Upon Tyne Polytechnic, UK and a Master of Business Administration from American University in London.
He is also a professional engineer in the field of Electrical and Electronics Engineering since 1995.
Brig. Gen. Dato served a total number of 31 years in the public service sector. He held various positions, especially in Ministry of Higher Education and Ministry of Education. Among his highest achievement, he was appointed as the Director for Polytechnic Ungku Omar from 2000 to 2005, where he diversified his expertise in improvising and managing the polytechnic until it was awarded an MS ISO9001:2000 standard. Brig Gen. Dato’ was then promoted as Director for Perak state Education Department for 2 years until 2007, bringing in new idea of K-Community in Perak to be implemented in Strategic Education Plan for Perak for 2005-2010. Brig. Gen. Dato’ also served as a Director for Malaysian Examination Syndicate (MES) from 2007 until his retirement in 2008. During his tenure in MES, he has consecutively making plans and changes towards achieving the National Examination assessment System (NEAS) in 2010.
Brig. Gen. Dato’ is still highly active in non-corporate activities. Currently, a commander for regimen 503 Askar Wataniah Perak (Territorial Voluntary Army Services) carrying Brigadier General title Brig. Gen. Dato’ also heavily involves in social and charity activities. He is also an active sportsman, especially in bowling and golfing.
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR/CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
Ahmad Razlan Mohamed
Ahmad Razlan Mohamed earned a full scholarship from the Renong Group Scholarship Trust Fund (RGSTF) and graduated from the University of Canterbury, New Zealand, in 1998 with a Bachelor of Commerce degree (Accounting).
In 2009, he obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the University of South Australia and was admitted as an ordinary member of the Malaysian Institute of Management (“MIM”)
He started his career in Renong Group, a Malaysian conglomerate as Management Trainee in the Internal Audit Department of the Renong Group before being exposed corporate and business development activities through his three years’ stint in the Managing Director’s office as assistant Manager for UEM Berhad. Subsequent to that, he served in the Corporate Planning and Business Monitoring Department for UEM Group.
His involvement in the IT industry started in 2002 through the ICT Project with the ICT flagship company within the UEM-Renong Group which he was exposed to multiple disciplines such as project financing, contract and project management. His last post subsequent to that was as Vice President, Business Development for an MNC company, spending most of his time in setting up a MiddleEast Operation based in Dubai. He has gathered much experience in business development locally and internationally, with reputable capabilities in completing task beyond expectation.
He is currently a full-time entrepreneur with substantial interest in several companies involved in ICT, geo-spatial technologies and other advanced technologies. He sits as a member of Board of Directors for several companies within the Group.
HEAD, CORPORATE OFFICE
Nor Suhamadianon Binti Mahmud
Nor Suhamadianon Binti Mahmud holds a Bachelor Degree of Accounting (Hons) from Universiti Utara Malaysia. She also has Diploma in Accounting from Politeknik Kota Bharu, Kelantan.
She has more than 7 years experience in accounting and previously attached to several local and reputable accounting firms such as Mohd Ali Jaafar and Co., Ismawadee and Co, AZS Management Services and YL Chee and Co. During her stink with these firms, she learned and gained valuable experience in all the important functions in accounting such as audit, tax, costing etc. Prior to taking up the position with Naluri Pintar Group, she was an accounts assistant at Juteras Sdn Bhd, a local construction company based in Kuala Lumpur.
She joined Naluri Pintar Group in 2008 as an Accounts & Administration Executive and was entrusted to manage the overall accounting, finance and administration functions of the Company. She successfully established the accounting systems for Naluri Pintar Group of Companies and was instrumental in ISO initiative which led the Company to receive ISO2008:9001 in 2010.
As Head of the Company’s Corporate Office Department, she is responsible for accounts, finance, administration and human resource functions for Naluri Pintar Sdn Bhd and its group of companies.
